New roof going on?
We take the solar off and put it back.
Tell us four things and we will give you a starting price straight away. Licensed and insured in Connecticut, and we have been doing this since long before most of these arrays went up.
Two visits, and your panels stay put
This is the part people ring up about. We come twice, around your roofer, and the array never leaves your property.
We take the array off
Before the roofers start. We disconnect the system, take down the modules and racking, and set them somewhere out of the way at your property.
Your roofer does the roof
We are not waiting on site and we are not holding them up. The panels stay at your property in the meantime; we do not take them away.
We put it back
New flashings on the new roof, everything reconnected and tested, and we confirm the system is producing before we leave.
One thing to sort out before the day: somewhere at the property the modules and racking can sit while the roof is done. A garage, a side yard, anywhere out of the way. Tell us where on the form and we will plan for it.
Why the price moves
The starting price is our standard per-panel rate. Every roof then gets looked at on its own, because these four things genuinely change the work.
We would rather tell you that up front than send you a number and change it later.
Roofers: talk to us properly
If you hit solar on a roof more than once a year, you should not be chasing a different electrician each time. Tell us who you are on the form and we will set you up so your crews know exactly who to call and what it costs.
(860) 428-7000We are an electrical company first, local for almost 20 years, with our own crews on every job and never subcontractors.
We handle the permit, the install and the inspection, and we are licensed and insured in Connecticut.
